VPS Hosting Delivery Policy
MemoVPS Store provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services through electronic delivery. This Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, how VPS services are provisioned, where customers receive their access information, and what to do if delivery is delayed.
All services covered by this policy are delivered digitally. No physical product shipment or shipping carrier is involved.
1. Digital Delivery Overview
MemoVPS Store sells VPS hosting services through www.memovps.site. Delivery means provisioning the ordered virtual server and providing the relevant service information and access instructions electronically.
Depending on the selected product, delivery may include:
- VPS configuration and allocated resources as listed in the order.
- Server IP address and connection details, where applicable.
- Operating system information and selected configuration options.
- Login credentials or instructions for securely retrieving them.
- Basic VPS setup and connection guidance.
- Order confirmation and service activation information.
The exact deliverables depend on the VPS product purchased and the specifications shown at checkout.
2. How VPS Delivery Works
Our order fulfillment process generally follows these steps.
Choose a VPS configuration and review its CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, network, IP address, operating system, data center, billing period, and price before checkout.
Submit your order using an available payment method. The order proceeds to provisioning after payment confirmation and any necessary order or security verification.
Some orders may require additional review to confirm payment details, service availability, or account information. Provisioning may be delayed while the review is completed.
Once the order is approved, the VPS is prepared according to the purchased configuration. Some plans may be provisioned automatically, while others may require manual processing.
After provisioning is completed, we provide the available server details, access information, and setup instructions through the registered email address or the relevant account or service interface, depending on the delivery method supported.
Review the delivered configuration, follow the setup instructions, and contact support if you cannot access the VPS or identify a material difference from your order.
3. VPS Provisioning Time
Provisioning begins after successful payment confirmation and completion of any required order verification. Delivery times depend on the selected plan and operational conditions.
Where a delivery estimate is shown on a product page or at checkout, that estimate applies to the relevant product and order conditions. Unless expressly stated as a binding commitment, an estimated provisioning time is not a guarantee.
Provisioning may take longer because of:
- Payment authorization or transaction verification.
- Additional security or fraud-prevention checks.
- Limited capacity or availability in the selected data center.
- Custom configurations or manual server preparation.
- Operating system installation, licensing, or network configuration.
- Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical incidents, or upstream provider delays.
4. Delivery Method and Access Information
VPS service information is delivered electronically through the channel supported for your order. This may include:
- The email address registered during checkout.
- Your customer account or service management interface, where available.
- A secure method for accessing credentials or configuration information, where supported.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address, keeping account information current, and ensuring they can access the relevant email inbox or account interface.
For security reasons, sensitive credentials may be delivered or made accessible through a controlled channel rather than included directly in an ordinary email. Follow the instructions provided with your order.
Delivery does not include application installation, website migration, DNS configuration, custom software setup, or ongoing server administration unless these services are expressly listed in the purchased product or a separate agreement.
5. Customer Responsibilities After Ordering
To help ensure smooth delivery, customers should:
- Provide accurate account and contact information at checkout.
- Monitor the registered email inbox and check spam or junk folders.
- Complete any reasonable payment or order verification request.
- Review the selected VPS specifications before submitting the order.
- Keep login credentials confidential and change initial credentials where appropriate.
- Maintain backups of important data and secure the server after activation.
- Contact support promptly if delivery information is missing or the service cannot be accessed.
Customers are responsible for the software they install, their server configuration, and compliance with the applicable Terms of Service and acceptable use requirements.
6. Missing Delivery Email or Access Details
If you have completed payment but have not received your VPS delivery information, please follow these steps:
- Check your inbox, spam, junk, and other filtered email folders.
- Confirm that you used the correct email address during checkout.
- Review your order status and any available service information in your account.
- Allow for any stated provisioning estimate or pending verification process.
- If the information is still missing, contact us through the Contact Us page and include your order number.
Our support team will review the order and provide an update or request additional information where necessary.
7. Delayed, Failed, or Incorrect Delivery
If a VPS order is delayed, cannot be provisioned, or appears materially different from the confirmed order, contact support so we can investigate.
Delayed Provisioning
We will review the order status, identify any known verification or technical issues, and provide an update when reasonably possible.
Failed Provisioning
If we cannot provide the purchased service, we will explain the available options. Where the order cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Incorrect Configuration
If the delivered VPS materially differs from the confirmed specifications, provide the order details and a description of the difference so we can verify and address the issue.
Access or Technical Problems
If the service is provisioned but cannot be accessed, contact support with relevant error details. We will investigate issues within the scope of the service we provide.
Any refund, replacement, correction, or other remedy will be assessed under the applicable product terms, our Refund Policy, and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Delivery Confirmation
We may use order records, provisioning status, service activation records, account notifications, and delivery records to confirm the progress and completion of an order.
A service may be considered provisioned when the ordered VPS has been created and the relevant access information has been made available through the applicable delivery channel.
Receipt of access details does not remove a customer's right to report a genuine provisioning problem, material configuration mismatch, unauthorized transaction, or other issue covered by applicable law or our published policies.
9. No Physical Shipping
MemoVPS Store provides digital VPS hosting services. No physical item is packed, dispatched, or delivered by a postal service or shipping carrier under this policy.
Delivery is completed electronically through the applicable service provisioning and access-information process. Any physical shipment or separate product, if ever offered, would be subject to its own stated delivery terms.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Delivery and refund eligibility are related but separate matters. Successful provisioning does not automatically mean that every refund request is ineligible, and a delivery delay does not automatically determine the outcome of every refund request.
Refund eligibility, request periods, cancellation rules, and processing procedures are described in our Refund Policy.
If an order cannot be delivered or the service has a material problem, contact support with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We will review the circumstances and any applicable remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or a customer's ability to raise a legitimate payment dispute through the relevant payment provider.
11. Security and Service Availability
After delivery, customers are responsible for protecting their VPS credentials, configuring appropriate security controls, installing updates, and maintaining independent backups unless a specific managed service or backup feature is included in their purchase.
Provisioning a VPS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability for the entire service period. Maintenance, network incidents, infrastructure failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access.
Any specific service-level or uptime commitment applies only where expressly published for the relevant product or agreed separately.
12. Changes to This Delivery Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our products, provisioning processes, delivery methods, infrastructure, or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page. Where required by law, changes will be communicated or applied in a manner that preserves applicable customer rights.
